Seeking a motivated, enthusiastic person, with the utmost attention to detail and superb organization skills to join our team! We are a very busy vocational school looking to add an Enrollment Coordinator to our Admissions Office.

The Enrollment Coordinator’s main objective and focus is answering inquiry callers' questions and then assisting customers through the enrollment process and through graduation.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Answering multi line telephone and assisting callers with questions
Checking voicemail and returning phone calls promptly
Meeting applicants and students in the office and answering questions
Receiving student applications, processing and assisting applicants through the enrollment process
Processing student payments and accurately documenting in student account
Contacting students to remind them of their upcoming class to provide reminders and answer last minute questions
Develop and build relationships with sponsoring agencies and their case managers to help enroll students who are being sponsored.
Act as facility liaison between our company and hosting facility in regards to class schedules
Communicating with host facilities and their representatives by phone and email in order to maintain positive working relationships
Prepare class boxes for teachers prior to the start of each new class and communicate with teachers regarding contents
Book classrooms in in-house calendar being mindful not to double book rooms
Process class file paperwork
Requirements / Work Skills:
Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills!
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multi task while still maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment
Comfortable with sales
Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
High level of personal and professional organization
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and to problem solve
Education / Experience Required:
High School diploma or equivalent required
College degree preferred or 3+ years' experience in an office environment
Preference given to those with marketing and sales experience.
Work Hours, Wage & Benefits:
Small company atmosphere
Paid vacation and sick time after 1 year
Hourly wage commensurate with experience, offered between $15-$17/hr.
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
